Rules and Regulations

-No Food and Beverages (please email for exceptions) -No Balloons, toy weapons, or noise makers of a novelty nature -No items that constitute the possibility of a public nuisance -Autumnfest and the Exhibitor Showcase Coordinator reserves the right to prohibit any items at any time and remove vendor if necessary -All exhibitors and vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned location clean and safe -There is no parking in the festival grounds. No vehicle access is allowed in the park one hour before the festival opens through one hour after closing. For the safety of our patrons, there can be no exception to this rules -Exhibitor locations are assigned by the Exhibitor Showcase Coordinator. We will try to accommodate special requests, but requests are not guaranteed -All displays must be tasteful and appropriate for a family environment and all age groups -Autumnfest and the Exhibitor Showcase Coordinator reserves the right to terminate your agreement at any time, without refund, during the festival for non-compliance to these rules -There is a no-refund policy By signing this agreement and upon acceptance by the Exhibitor Showcase Coordinator, I assume full responsibility for any property I bring on the premises and will not hold Autumnfest or anyone affiliated with this event responsible for damage, personal injury, or theft that may occur during the event. At any time during the event, should the Exhibitor Showcase Coordinator feel you have not followed the rules outlined for exhibitors, Autumnfest or the Exhibitor Showcase Coordinator reserves the right to remove you as an exhibitor without a refund. Autumnfest has a NO REFUND POLICY that includes deposits and fees. By signing this contract, you agree to all rules and regulations in place by the Exhibitor Showcase Coordinator

SPACE RENTAL- $650

NON PROFIT RATE- $300 for the Weekend; $100 for the Day

INCLUDES: One commercial 10x10 tent with closed sides, 20 amp electrical service, exhibit lights, one 6ft table and overnight security. (Friday-Sunday 10pm to 6am).

LOCATIONS: Exhibitor Showcase is located in the main entry of the park- from the Social Street entrance, leading to the main stage area.

SET-UP: Starts Friday October 6th at 2pm through Saturday, October 7th at 10am

*Chairs are the responsibility of the exhibitors. Autumnfest is not liable for any lost/stolen belongings, merchandise, or equipment.
